Return & Exchange

At Team Jawahiraat, our motto is client satisfaction and providing high-quality products with the best service.

We share pictures of each order during the packing process with the client to ensure that the articles match what was ordered and shown. If there is any discrepancy, you may return the items to our office address (delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility).

We pack each parcel in a hard and secure box to prevent any damage to the jewelry. If an article arrives damaged or broken, you can return it, and we will replace it.
Note: It is mandatory to record a video while unsealing the parcel, starting from the opening of the flyer to checking the article, and send it to our WhatsApp number.

Exchanges will only be entertained within 2 days of receiving the parcel. A replacement will be sent after the damaged or broken item is received at our office.
