• Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):

• Free shipping is available for all orders above PKR 1000.
• For orders below PKR 1000, a standard shipping fee will apply.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.

• International Orders:

  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their orders.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with order details and estimated delivery times. Processing times may vary based on stock availability and other factors.

4. Refunds and Returns

• Domestic Orders: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on eligible returns and exchanges within Pakistan.
• International Orders: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team.

• All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
